England, the defending champions, could not win the 1st ODI match. Australia, who were favorites to win the World Cup T20, could not make it to the knockouts. However, they comprehensively beat England in the first ODI.
So the moral of the story is that any team can win on their day. But it is important for us to win the Dream11 contest every day. Well, you can win the mega contest, which has 60 or 70% winning chances. However, it is hard to win head-to-head contests. Yet, it is worth trying.

Steve Smith
Smith has shown some form in the previous game. Also, he was not in the playing 11 for the World Cup 2022. So it will be important for him to prove his worth to the team. We cannot forget that he is still a member of fab 4. There is no reason to doubt his class. So I will back him for this entire series.
David Malan
It was not a great World Cup for David Malan. David would really like to play big knocks in this series. He did it in the first match itself. But I think there are many more to come. So I will give him another chance and make him Vice-captain once again.
Out Of The Box Pick For Dream11
Phil Salt instead of Buttler
I know Buttler is a class player, he is one of my favorite players. But if England is batting second, I will go with Salt, Roy, and Malan. So I have to drop Jos. It will be a great risk to keep him away from playing 11 as he will be Captain of many teams. But great risks give great rewards
Ashton Agar instead of Stoinis or Cummins
Another high-risk call, as Stoinis is an all-rounder. Needless to say, my addiction to picking multidimensional players is really high. However, I want to pick only 2 all-rounders, and Ashton Agar is definitely one for this series. You can even go with Stoinis and Ashton instead of Pat Cummins.

Final Words
All the high-risk options can be useful if you play 1 against 3 or 4 matches. As you will enter with a small amount and win twice or thrice. You can use it for the mega contests as well, but make sure it has more than a 65% chance of winning.
Sometimes minimum loss is better than high wins. So make sure you are not playing a mega contest of more than 50 rupees. I will rather suggest going for 12, 15, 17, 19, or 21 rupees contests.
