Nikolas Pooran will lead the West Indies team for the ODIs, West Indies Squad:

Batsman:— Brandon King, Shamarh Brooks, Kacy Carty Rovman Powell.

Wicket Keepers:— Shai Hope

All-rounders:— Jason Holder, Kyle Mayers, Keemo Paul, Romario Shepherd.

Bowlers:— Gudakesh Motie, Akeal Hosein, Alzarri Joseph, Jayden Seales, Hayden Walsh.

Predictions for 1st ODI, Dream 11 team.

The average score of the ground is expected to be around 230, so it will make sense to go for more bowlers and all-rounders on the team. Wicket keepers can give extra points for catches, while pure batsmen can only have one dimension of the game. 

The chances of India winning are more than that of the West Indies. India has outperformed England in the limited overs. On the other hand, West Indies lost their previous series against Bangladesh.

Prasidh Krishna: Prasidh has been around the Indian team for a while. In the last series against England, he was not up to his mark. Against a side like West Indies, Prasidh will surely look to add more wickets under his belt.

Sanju Samson: undoubtedly, Sanju is the player who needs to make the most out of his chances. He has really worked hard to get here. Because of the heavy top order, Sanju is constantly been ignored by the selectors. So this will be an important series to prove his worth.
